How far in advance do I need to schedule appointments?
We suggest scheduling a minimum of 1-2 weeks in advance for individual services (for groups we recommend a minimum of 1 month in advanced). Most staff members work by appointment only with set hours of opperation. We will make every attempt to fulfill any last minute requests, however with standing, recurring appointments for other guests we do have abundant existing bookings on our schedules. PLEASE give dates & times you are looking to schedule for, when sending or leaving a message, this helps lower our response time.
What do I need to schedule an appointment?
When calling please have a date and time in mind. You will also be required to reserve the appointment with a Credit Card. The credit card will not be charged unless you fail to make the scheduled appointment. Some of our staff members do offer on-line booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a minimum 24 hour notice when canceling any scheduled services (Thursday evening for Monday appointments), 2 weeks notice when cancelling a group session. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice, or less than 2 weeks for groups, will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. Clients that do not show will be charged the full amount of scheduled services, and will not be re-booked until previous balance is paid.
What do I need when scheduling for a group of 3 or more?
When calling please have a date and time in mind. You will also be required to reserve the appointment with a Credit Card. The credit card will be charged 25% of basic scheduled services at the time of reservation. The card will then be charged 25% 1 week prior to the appointment, with the remaining due at the appointment time. Appointments canceled less than a week prior will not receive a refund, no shows will be charged in full. Sorry no exceptions to this policy. If you do not have a credit or debit card cash deposits can be made at the salon.
How Do I Pay?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash. You may pay your stylist, technician or therapist directly. If receiving services from more than one stylist, technician or therapist, you may will pay each therapist or technician individually.
Promptness
We strive to keep our appointments running on time. Please help us by arriving 5 minutes early for all spa services. If you are late, please keep in mind, we will end your service on time to ensure other guests receive their full treatment time. Please remember if you must cancel, give 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for services (please see our cancellation policy)
Gift Cards
We offer gift cards in increments of $25 and up ~ gift cards do expire after 6 months of no activity. We will gladly take gift card orders over the phone and mail your gift card for a $5 service & handling fee. Sorry gift cards may NOT be used in conjunction with other offers and are NOT refundable.
Product Recommendations
We recommend you use our professional products, to protect your investment at home. If you are not satisfied with a product we will gladly make an exchange, no refunds.
